 Shipping and Sales Policy 

Prices on lionheads and holland lops will vary depending on the quality of mane, colour & body type.

Prices may change according to the rabbits developement.

All bunnies are pedigreed and come with papers, except pet stock. All lionheads are double maned unless indicated. Discounts on purchases 3 or more. I require a 50% non refundable deposit to hold a rabbit.

Tip Top has the right to refuse a sale at any time for any reason.


Description about my rabbits are to the best of my knowledge. If you have any questions about the animal, don't hesitate to ask. I know it's hard not to view the animal hands on before making the purchase. Should you want pictures of the animal your looking to purchase from different angles/more recent e.t.c. I will try and take the pictures you requested.

Holding your Bunny

All rabbits will be held for a period of 2 weeks from the time of deposit, unless rabbit is not yet weaned, or done nursing her kits! A boarding fee will be charged for holding your rabbit for more than 2 week after purchase. A boarding fee of $5 per animal/week.

If the rabbit falls ill/dies your deposit can be put towards another. Deposit must be made a week after you said you'd by the rabbit, or it will be offered for sale again, the balance must be paid in full by 2 weeks of deposit, or animal is offered for sale again. Held bunnies are still considered property of Tip Top Rabbitry until they have been paid for in full.

Pick Up/Delivery/Shipping

Can deliver to Montreal or/and Ottawa at any time of the year. Gas and my time are extra and will be pricied on destination. Can deliver to any show I will be attending, free of charge. Local pick up available. If your sending your own carriers/boles to me they must be approved for shipping and must be at my residence 5 days prior to shipping date, or else rabbit(s) cannot leave my residence.

I do ship, weather permitting.

Payments 

Payments must be made before anilmal leaves my residence. All cost must be paid in full before the animal is to leave my residence/shipping. All are shipped in airline approved carriers, or a suitable approved carrier may be mailed to me at your expense. A  $20 expense will be charged for my time/gas to the airport.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a rabbit after purchaser said they would by the animal.

Health/Guarantees/Exclusions from Guarantees

- I do not guarantee fertility, weight, stary white hairs, or success on the show table for any rabbit.  

- Will not guarantee a death due to stressful or inadequate environment on arriving to its new home

-An illness must be reported 12 hours after receiving animal.

-Will not guarantee a death due to stressful, poor handling or inadequate environment on arrival to it's new home.

-Will refund in event of death due to illness at Tip Top Rabbitry.

- I do not guarantee the sexes of young kits that you purchased nor the colour. Or stray white hairs that occur when animal matures.

- I do guarantee the eye colour and toe nail colour up to 7 days after the rabbit has left my rabbitry.

- I guarantee the rabbits to be free of malocclusion at the time of sale.

- With rabbits, sometimes both bucks and does may develope hostility upon sexual maturity.  I am not able to guarantee this will or will not happen.

- I do guarantee the gender of senior rabbit that have been purchased!


- Should I have to replace an animal I will replace it of an animal of equal value, breed gender and colour.

Pets

I occasionally have pets for sale, but do not breed to have pets. Pets I sell will not be used in any breeding programs, for any reason, and will not have papers.
